Management.

For half a decade Maverick has been in the spotlight on the global stage, representing the industry’s most visible artists and performers — from legends to rising stars. Artist-founded and guided by an entrepreneurial creative spirit that fosters the power of collaboration, Maverick challenges the established management paradigms and expands the boundaries of what’s possible for the artists we represent.

Our History

Maverick is a collective -- greater than the sum of its parts -- with the singular goal of helping our clients reach their fullest potential.

1992

Maverick was an entertainment company founded by Madonna, Frederick DeMann and Veronica “Ronnie” Dashev. It was owned and operated by Warner Music Group. It included a recording company (Maverick Records), a film production company (Maverick Films), book publishing, music publishing, Latin record division (Maverick Musica) and a television production company.

2014

The company was revived as a management group founded by Guy Oseary in partnership with Live Nation Entertainment. The company rebranded as “Maverick” on October 17, 2014.

2017

Maverick joined forces with Big Loud Management out of Nashville, TN, making Maverick one of the biggest management groups in Nashville.

2018

As of 2018, Maverick consists of Founder Guy Oseary, President Greg Thompson and other recording artist managers Larry Rudolph, Adam Leber, Gee Roberson, Shawn Gee, Cortez Bryant, Scott Rodger, Clarence Spalding, Wassim “Sal” Slaiby, Lee Anne Callahan-Longo, Kevin “Chief” Zaruk and Seth England.

Our Promise

Harnessing the collective energy, experience and strategic vision of an unparalleled management partnership, Maverick cultivates authentic relationships with our clients and empowers the full scope of their creative vision.
